Notes: Yellow flowers. Nice fragrance. Unlike the tropical Cassias, these desert kinds have sparse foliage, which is often reduced to silvery needle-like leaves covered with short, silky hairs . This helps to reflect the sunlight and reduce the wear and heat stress from the arid habitat.
